We and Our refer to The Positive Website and its affiliates. You and Your means the buyer.

Basic, Standard and Gold Packages:

You are purchasing a pre-made website. You will receive a web page and file. If the service you purchase includes web hosting, auto responder or merchant account/shopping cart you are required to pay all fees associated with those third party services.

Platinum Package:

When we say, "we will set you up" it means that we will use the information you provide us to open an account for you. You are responsible for all fees and liabilities associated with these accounts. To complete these transactions the service providers may require personal information including but not limited to credit card, bank account and other financial information. If you feel uncomfortable with sharing the information we will provide you with email support on how to set up the accounts yourself. Once accounts are set up we will require access to HTML code. It is strongly suggested that once your website is active that you change all passwords to protect yourself and to limit our responsibility.

This is a business opportunity and as such we at American Dream Investments, LLC. and The Positive Website are not responsible for your earnings. You are only purchasing the tools from us. It is up to you to make them work for you.

There are no refunds as this is an electronic product and can be altered, copied and reused.

If the product is faulty we will replace or repair it to your satisfaction guaranteed.
